Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, as well as overall dissatisfaction with the product, for the lifetime of the original owner.
Replacement Policy
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will provide a one-time replacement of the product, free of charge. This replacement applies to the original item purchased or, if the original item is no longer available, a product of equivalent value and quality.

How to Make a Claim
To file a warranty claim, please contact Brother Gomez at 1-647-962-8213 (call, text, WhatsApp) with your order details and a description of the issue. If the claim is approved, we will arrange for the replacement of the item at no cost to you. The replacement will be sent to the original shipping address, unless otherwise specified.
One-Time Replacement
The Lifetime Satisfaction Warranty provides a one-time replacement of the original item or an equivalent product. Once the replacement has been issued, this warranty is considered fulfilled and will no longer apply to that item.
Jurisdiction
This warranty is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. For international clients, this warranty will be subject to any applicable consumer protection laws in the customer’s country of residence. By making a purchase, the customer agrees that any legal disputes arising from this warranty will be handled within the jurisdiction of Ontario, Canada, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
