The minimalist forget-me-not tie came from a time when we're still experimenting with what the Jacquard-loom is capable of. Even though it looks quite simple, it actually carries the most number of silk colours (5 in total) that we have ever used to make the fabric!

For the benefit of those who are not aware of the significance of the Forget-me-not flower in Freemasonry: "Freemasons began using the flower as a means of recognition across Nazi-occupied Europe when the Order was forced once again to go underground. Today it is an interchangeable symbol with Freemasonry and some also use the Forget-me-not to remember those masons who were victimized by the Nazi regime." ~wikipedia
