A classic-looking Regimental style Masonic necktie made from 100% Jacquard-woven silk. Like traditional Regimental neckties from the good old days, the Past Master tie is rich in meaning.

Hidden Meanings

The colours and stripes of the Past Master tie are meant to evoke the Masonic lessons learned. The two hues of blue stand for peace (light blue) and eternity (Grand Lodge blue) while the three gold stripes stand for all good things that come in three in life and in Freemasonry.

The Past Master emblem is woven following a regular repeating pattern across the shell. The emblems are lighter blue compared to the deep "Grand Lodge blue" background. These emblems are woven in such a way that they are not readily seen except by those who are keen on details.

A single gold-coloured emblem is placed on the sinister or the left of the bearer because it's closer to the heart. This gold emblem cannot be seen when you wear your jacket buttoned up.

Embroidered on the back of the wide tip is the Past Master's emblem with the immortal words of King Solomon "How much better is it to get wisdom than gold!"
